Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped from New York.

🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

❄️ Perishable Items

  • Orders are processed next business day
  • Perishable items ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid delays and ensure freshness
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days after shipment

All perishable items are carefully packaged using insulated liners and ice packs to maintain quality during transit.

📦 Non-Perishable Items

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • Applies to sweets, snacks, pantry items, and other shelf-stable products

📦 Packaging & Handling

We take great care in packaging all orders:

  • ❄️ Perishable items are packed with insulated materials and ice packs
  • 📦 Non-perishable items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit

📍 Additional Information

  • Orders containing both perishable and non-perishable items may be shipped separately
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
